Job Description

Are you an educator who wants to make a genuine difference every day? Trinity Lutheran College is a Prep to Year 12 Christian co-educational College on the Gold Coast, where exceptional teaching, authentic relationships and a commitment to helping every student flourish are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for educators who approach their work with curiosity and creativity, demonstrate compassion and care for others, bring purpose and initiative to their role, and build authentic relationships where every member of our community feels they belong. As our College continues to grow, we welcome expressions of interest applications from educators, for the 2027 academic year, who are inspired by the opportunity to shape young lives, contribute to a collaborative professional community and help shape the future of learning at Trinity.

We are particularly interested in teachers specialising in:

  • Business, Accounting, Legal Studies
  • English (General English)
  • Humanities 
  • Mathematics (including General, Methods, or Specialist up to Year 12)
  • Science
  • Study of Religion
  • Health & Physical Education

We also welcome applications from teachers with expertise in:

  • STEAM
  • Technologies (Design and Digital)
  • Media Arts, Music
  • German, Japanese

You will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Design engaging and contemporary learning experiences that ignite curiosity, creativity and critical thinking.
  • Create inclusive, safe and purposeful learning environments where every student is encouraged to achieve their potential.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to innovation, reflective practice and evidence-informed teaching that continually strengthens student learning.
